GACA participates in a session to measure the performance of the service of the pilgrims and impact analysis

The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) participated in a working paper during a dialogue session entitled (Measuring the performance of the service of pilgrims and impact analysis) on the sidelines of the Hajj and Umrah Services Conference and Exhibition.
 
In a working paper presented by GACA Vice President for Quality and Traveler Experience, Eng. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Dahmash, GACA emphasized its role in measuring the experience of the pilgrims and its contribution to facilitating the Hajj and Umrah journey. This is done through the optimal use of experiences, innovations, and sustainable solutions, and by harnessing them within the efforts to improve the services of the pilgrims.  He reviewed the qualitative initiatives offered at Jeddah and Madinah airports with the aim of improving the experience of the pilgrims, such as the “Eyab initiative” that serves the pilgrims by completing their travel procedures at their place of residence, as the Kingdom offers a unique model for the finest and largest services for pilgrims, starting from their arrival, until bidding them farewell as they depart to their countries.
 
GACA’s participation through its pavilion at the exhibition, which is organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in cooperation with the Program for Serving the Guests of Rahman, one of the executive programs of the Saudi Vision 2030, which meant to introduce programs and initiatives offered at the Kingdom’s airports in the service of the pilgrims. In addition to an overview of the most important and latest topics related to the shift towards innovation and its huge return to this vital sector.
