1.GACA Form 8710
2.Signtures Form

Required Documents

1.GACA -8710-1 should be completed clearly , accurately, and signed by one of the inspector in case it has not graduated from FAA
2.Passport.
3.Saudi ID/ Residence Permit
4.Foreign Certificate.
5.Verification (should be sent by E-Mail from the origin authority)
6.Digital Personal Picture(White Background). In JPG Format
7.First and last 4 pages of logbook
8.Receipt of The Required Fees.
9.E-Signature in jpg format.
