The General Authority of Civil Aviation, in partnership with Riyadh Airports Company, today held its seventh workshop dedicated to improving the passenger experience across airports in the Kingdom.

The workshop, hosted by Riyadh Airports Company, brought together airport operators, national carriers, and ground service providers. The goal was to align efforts and share expertise to deliver a smoother, more comfortable, and distinguished travel experience for passengers.

Discussions highlighted programs, initiatives, and projects focused on service quality and customer experience. Participants also reviewed ongoing efforts to enhance passenger journeys and addressed current and future challenges in the sector.

The workshop concluded with practical recommendations and measures for continuous improvement, aimed at strengthening service quality and raising passenger satisfaction.

As part of the agenda, participants toured International Terminal 2 at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, currently under development, to apply and discuss recommendations on-site and ensure the effectiveness of proposed solutions.

This regular workshop is a key component of the Aviation Program under the National Transport and Logistics Strategy, reinforcing the Kingdom’s position as a global hub for air transport.
