The circular stipulates the suspension of all flights coming directly, or indirectly from the Federal Republic of Nigeria, except for those who have spent a period of no less than (14) days in another country from which they are allowed to come, indicating that the entire institutional quarantine procedures will be applied for a period of (5) days for non-citizens coming from it, with a PCR examination on the first day and the fifth day, regardless of the immunization status.

The circular issued by GACA also stipulated the application of home quarantine to citizens coming from all countries from which entry is suspended for a period of (5) days, provided that the traveler performs a PCR examination on the first and the fifth day, regardless of the state of immunization.
