Service Difficulty Reporting System (SDRS)

Description

This service allows the beneficiaries to submit a Mechanical Interruption Summary Report (MISR), Service Difficulty Report, and a Malfunction or Defect in SDR to validate that aircrafts already in service are in an airworthy state, foster an acceptable level of safety by promoting product improvement, detecting trends, determining reliability of parts and enabling a more meaningful advisory service to aircraft operators.

Audience
Owners or operators who own or work on aircrafts registered in the GACA Saudi registry.
