AERIAL WORK OPERATIONS – GACAR 133 (OPERATING AND CERTIFICATION RULES GOVERNING THE CONDUCT OF AERIAL WORK OPERATION , USING MANNED AIRCRAFT IN THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA BY ANY PERSON)

Description

This service allows the Operator to apply for certification part 133, OPERATIONS: This subpart sets our certification requirements and content of operations specification and certain other requirements for aerial work operations.   and to determine if the Operator meets the rules governing this operation. Successful completion results in either issuance of Part 133 Operating certificate and appropriate operations specifications (OpSpecs) or denial of the application.

Note:
In accordance with GACAR  91.413 a person may NOT conduct rotorcraft hoist operations (RHO)  unless authorized by the President.

Audience
Aerial application or dispersal of liquids or particulate matter (with the exception of dumping of fuel while engaged in operations under General Authority of Civil Aviation Regulation ( GACAR ) 121,125 ,OR 135).

Each applicant must submit the application to the president at least 90 working days before
(1)  The date of intended operation for initial issuance or ,
(2)  The expiration date of the existing AWOC for renewals

Aircraft registered None-HZ will be considered leased aircraft Wet- Lease aircraft are not permitted Crew And Staff involved in the operations must be under the sponsorship of the aircraft owner.
Additional Help
Note: aircraft having seat capacity more than 20 seats and intended to fly over water must demonstrate ditching drill and more that 44 seats both partial evacuation drill and ditching drill.
